Linda Frazer, graduated in 1986 and volunteered to article as a notary in three law firms downtown. Personal private practice began in 1988. Perfected expertise in arbitration laws in 2013. One of the leading experts in law of negotiations and contracts, having completed her PhD in 2018 as one of the world wide experts in negotiation theory and practice.
